Tabata is one of the quickest ways to burn calories in a short amount of time. It gets your heart rate up into a zone where you burn the most fat and calories!
Tabata is a type of interval training, 20 seconds exercise followed by 10 seconds rest, repeated 8 times until you have a break before the next set.
In this video I have done 2 sets with an extra bonus final set at a more advanced level, in case you want to progress your workout now or in the future.
You can add this into your day as a quick exercise snack to fit around a busy schedule.
Exercises are: 1 - Air squats 2 - Fast feet 3 - Low impact burpee 4 - Reverse lunges 5 - Punches 6 - Mountain climbers 7 - Bicycle 8 - Plank
Advancing to : 1 - Jump squats 2 - Fast feet 3 - Modified burpee 4 - Reverse lunges with weight 5 - Punches with lights weights 6 - Mountain climbers 7 - Bicycle slow 8 - Plank shoulder taps
