I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, fitness class instructor, and nutrition coach with additional qualifications in core strength, circuit training, kettlebells and Les Mills Shapes (pilates, barre and power yoga).
My programmes and 1-2-1s mostly focus on strength and endurance through metabolic conditioning. This is because of its huge number of benefits, including lean muscle gain, improved sports performance and fat loss.
Louise (on the right) is a ballet teacher, but had noticed since she turned 50 that she had begun to put weight on in her mid-section.
Louise also has an umbilical hernia and had been careful of doing core exercises. But thanks to the personalised programming and 1-2-1s with me, she can now do advanced level core work. She has gained muscle definition, feels more confident in both her body and in her performance. And is loving her new found levels of fitness.
