LAUNCHING APRIL - 12 week FITNESS PROGRAM AND MEMBERSHIP
Whole body fitness program for mamas who want to get stronger, fitter and healthier but lack the motivation and time. This new program will be delivered by me, Beth, a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with specialism in core muscles.
The program is full body but with particular attention to core and pelvic floor. An area that is often overlooked but is so important for women who've had children, even if it was 20 years ago!
