Join my gentle/moderate core program and add strength to your core, back and pelvic floor muscles. For a stronger you!
This is for you if you do not currently have any core strength. It is also suitable for women six months after child birth.
The program starts with a benchmark test to measure your current level of core strength.
You will then do four videos each week for 8 weeks that vary from 10 to 20 minutes of pure core work and then stretching.
Your initial benchmark tests will be repeated at week 8 to see how you have progressed through the program.
You will be able to message me via the in-app messaging service.
This program will also include a video from me to watch on diet and nutrition for helping you to get the definition you desire.
Please be aware, it is not possible to target fat loss from a specific area of your body. If you are considering this programme to lose belly fat, you will need to add full body cardio and strength training into your mix of weekly exercises.
My 12 week programmes may be more suitable.
This programme is to help your regain strength in your core, back and pelvic floor and to prevent lower back pain and leakage due to a weak poor pelvic floor.
The cost for PURE CORE is £25 every 4 weeks, or £50 for 8 weeks if paid upfront.
