My program works your full body with particular focus on your core muscles, glutes and pelvic floor. 

The most effective part of training with me is accountability. There are thousands of free videos on YouTube we can all access, but having someone keep you accountable, help you with the correct form, discuss your goals and help and support you to meet them is the most valuable asset.

This is not a generic exercise program. It is specifically designed for you following on from our initial consultation. 

Instead of a huge library of exercises to wade through, I will take the guess work out of it for you. No more overwhelm - just focused action.

My training app includes: 

  • Personalised week-by-week workout plans (including a library of specific exercise demonstrations).
  • Fortnightly 50 minute online one-to-one coaching with me.
  • Regular check-ins. You can ask me questions and I can give tips and encouragement.
  • Dedicated one-to-one messaging on the in-app chat service. 
  • Goal tracking and progress. Plus, I will be able to see which workouts you've completed and message you once you've finished them. 
  • Bonus videos on motivation and energy, success for planning your workouts, muscle soreness, dieting and meal planning.
  • Option to add progress photos and get support with your nutrition. 
  • Free exercise band and sweat towel.
