The most effective part of training with me is accountability. There are thousands of free videos on YouTube we can all access, but having someone keep you accountable, help you with the correct form, discuss your goals and help and support you to meet them is the most valuable asset.
Through the app I will personally schedule your workouts for you each week in the in-app calendar, progressively getting more intense as the weeks go by and you get fitter and stronger.
Instead of a huge library of exercises to wade through, I take the guess work out of it. No more overwhelm - just focused action.
