Full body workouts with particular focus on HIIT and resistance training. The guaranteed way to fire up your metabolism and increase your fitness and strength. 

Get ready for weekly 60 minute one-to-ones with me through my fitness app, or in person if you are local.

After an initial benchmark test, I schedule 3 - 4 workouts each week at your current fitness level into your in-app calendar. The workouts get progressively more intense. 

My training app includes: 

  • Personalised week-by-week workouts.
  • Weekly 60 minute one-to-one coaching with me 
  • Weekly live group class Tuesdays 6am 
  • Regular check-ins for you to ask questions and for me to give encouragement.
  • Dedicated one-to-one messaging. Keeping you accountable.
  • Tips, fitness and diet information in the Team Lifted group messages. 
  • Goal tracking and progress. Plus, I will be able to see which workouts you've completed and message you once you've finished them. 
  • Bonus videos on motivation and energy, success for planning your workouts, muscle soreness, dieting and meal planning.
  • Option to add progress photos, input your meals and get support with your nutrition.

Love the 12 week programme

I have completed Beth's 12 week course and now i am on the continous membership. I absolutely loved the 12 week plan, you have a video call with Beth to start with to talk about goals and any issues. I have arthritis in my right wrist, so I need to have alterntive options for some of the moves. Beth tailors the workouts and in her videos she gives alternative options.
In the 12 week plan she put in the works out for you depending on how many times a week you can workout. You do a benchmark test at the begining and the end, you put your measurements in an app and your photos. I think my most favourite, part is the 121 with Beth, I love our workout sessions. And now there are a few of us there is also a weekly class on a Tuesday morning. I feel much stronger and fitter, and so far I have been working with Beth for 8 months.

Amazing 🤩

I started the 12 week programme with Beth back in May and was made very welcome in our first initial online meeting. Beth listened to all my concerns and goals and set me up on the plan to help me achieve my end goal. I love everything about the programme, every workout is hard but so much more enjoyable with Beth chatting away to you, making you laugh!
Beth is so knowledgeable about exercise and diet, you are constantly sent emails and messages with advice on diet and lifestyle and she’s always there’s for you when you message her.
I broke my ankle in July and Beth let me pause my membership until I was back out of plaster and ready to start again, she adjusted my workouts to help me regain strength in my leg and the exercises have really helped in my recovery, even my physio is impressed with my progress thanks to Beth.
If your thinking about joining the programme don’t hesitated you will love it 💪 x x
