If like me somedays you don't have time to fit in more than a few minutes of exercise then I have created some great videos for you on the Mama Life London YouTube channel.
This video has 10 x 30 second exercises and a few important stretches at the end. It's short but very effective. You can either repeat this video like a little exercise snack and take it a couple of times a day, or you can take it once every few days.
After a while of doing this you will definitely start to feel the difference! Especially when you compare your fitness from the first time you took this session to the twentieth time!
